I am looking for someone to share the place I am currently renting in Carlingford. Basically you will get half the house as I am staying in the rumpus room off the living room. There are three bedrooms in the house of which I use one for storing stuff, you can have the other two, maybe one for sleeping one for working or whichever way. You will also have your own bathroom and separate toilet. So you will have lots of space and privacy. The house has Foxtel iQ HD, ADSL2+, external laundry and a huge yard. Besides me there is also my dog living here, so you would need to get along with him but once he gets to know you he is a real darling and clown. Previous guy living there also had a dog, so dogs are not an issue, mine doesn't like cats though, so only dogs as pets please. I like to keep it quiet during the week. I am over the clubbing scene so I enjoy spending time with the dog and watch sports and having a couple of drinks. Rent is 220/week plus a share of the bills, like water, electricity. There is plenty of on street parking, public transport is close by, it is a very quiet area so it is not a party house but there is nothing wrong with getting some people together and have a BBQ on the terrace or so. Non-smokers only please.
