We have one bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment that is available in early February. The unit is fully furnished with:

- Big comfy couches
The available room is currently empty other than a medium sized cupboard.
The unit block is relatively new and all furnishings are in good order. The unit is in close proximity to Parramatta CBD and station, UWS and Westmead hospitals. There are also buses only a couple of minutes walk away.
You will be sharing with a Caucasian guy and girl in early 30s and mid 20s. Both are doing PhDs and have partners. He also works full time as a Forensic Psych. All this means is that we are both pretty busy people and are home generally pretty late. We are both very easy going. Whilst busy we do like to have a chat when we cross paths and enjoy the occasional house dinner. Whilst we are not clean freaks, we do like a tidy unit and prefer common areas to be clear of personal stuff.
This unit would suit someone who is at UWS studying or working in chemistry, forensic science or mental health in their 20s or 30s.
