I own a three (3) bedroom, three (3) bathroom, Double Lock Up Garage, two (2) story Towhhouse in Baulkham Hills. Its about three years old and is in great condition. The new housemate has a bedroom (with its own ensuite) and I have the third bedroom set up as a study which we will share. I moved into my place less than a year ago and bought everything in my unit brand new. Plasma, 5.1 Sound, Wii, Apple TV etc. So the place is set up really well with nothing to supply except the stuff for your bedroom. I have all modern facilities, wireless broadband, Foxtel etc. It would suit someone new to Sydney. I am gay. I have a dog called John Ross. He is a Jack Russell.
